The 5th Annual Santa Barbara Channel Relay Swim benefitting The National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, by the Santa Barbara Channel Swimming Association and the Ocean Ducks. Paul Svacina of Trisoma, and Jutta Ilona of Heal With Spirit teamed to volunteer bodywork for swimmers.

Santa Barbara i'Madonnari Street Painting Festival. In 2005 and 2006, Paul participated as an artist and massage therapist at the Santa Barbara i'Madonnari. Due to increased demand, in 2007 and 2008 Paul donated bodywork at the festival for the artists and sponsors.

2008 Ka Nai'a Outrigger Canoe Club Rig Run Race. Paul volunteered to donate bodywork for his teammates. Instead he was asked to serve as a SCORA Official for timekeeping, assisted with First Aid and then at the last minute was entered into the Men's Open race around the oil rigs... No one received a massage that day....

The 2005 American Red Cross Heart Flag at De Playa Stadium at Santa Barbara City College was held to raise funds for families of the La Conchita Slide. Volunteers had a great view.




The 2004 American Lung Association Bike Trek produced some weary bodies which needed massage from volunteer massage therapists.
